We built a sophisticated two-sided marketplace combining AI-powered career tools for candidates with complete recruitment automation for employers. The platform serves candidates, recruiters, and organizations through a modular Next.js architecture with PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
We built a complete applicant tracking system (ATS) with client management, job posting, automated candidate screening, AI-powered interviews, and psychometric testing. Recruiters can manage client relationships through a CRM-style interface with pipeline stages, contacts, and requirements.

We implemented Vercel AI Gateway supporting 100+ models with automatic fallbacks (Gemini 3 Flash → GPT-4 → Claude 3.5 Sonnet). This centralized configuration reduced AI costs by 40% while improving reliability. The system includes real-time token tracking and usage enforcement across subscription tiers.
We built complete OAuth 2.0 authentication with the official Member Post Analytics API, enabling real-time metrics (impressions, reactions, comments, shares), direct post publishing, and automatic token refresh management. Users connect their LinkedIn account with one click and gain seamless publishing workflow.
We designed four independent career scoring algorithms—Recruiter Visibility, Job Search Momentum, Hireability Index, and Career Accelerator.
